For the last two days I haven’t been able to view any log files from a module, completed or failed. When I click “view log,” I receive a message saying “not found.”
I noticed this forum was down yesterday too so I suspected there was something wrong server side. When will log files be viewable again?
forum had a certificate issue which we fixed. I’ll check about the log files and give you feedback:)
Short update. Same with my workflows. Our specialists are investigating that issue. Will tell you when I know more
Aaaand fixed. Had the same issue. The log-files were created but due to changes in gateway they weren’t fetched correctly. You should be able to see them again.

Yep. Gone…again. This time I know whom to ask Hang tight we will fix this.
And back online again. You should be able to see them again. We are running a special configuration this week. This won’t be an issue anymore next week because we will revert back to the original state. Many thanks for your patience
Even a simple workflow takes extremely long time to execute. For example, I’ve set up a simple workflow consisting of a file upload and an image conversion. Runing this with a 1MP png took over one minute.
Thanks for your feedback! For simple workflows significant time is consumed by compiling the workflow -> we are working atm. exactly on this topic to shorten it drastically. I’ll ask my colleagues about the status. Additionally the resources (CPU/RAM) are somewhat limited during trial. This will be ramped up in future according to the demand (also considering GPU etc.).
